NERAN was established in 2012, located in Ningbo City, focused on the development, research, manufacturing and sales of air compressors and safety valves. We're committed

to providing customers around the world with gas solutions and high-quality service.

NERAN's founding team has been ploughing into the industry for more than 20 years, taking technological innovation as its core competitiveness, investing 25% of company annual output value in R &D, and cooperating deeply with key domestic institutes and colleges and universities, now have the industry's first-class core technology, a number of patents, and has obtained ISO 9001, EN12021, CCS certificate, RMRS certificate and other certificates.

NERAN will, as always, based on technological innovation, focusing on the wisdom of experts and technical force, and constantly develop green, high-quality products, with the more open and broad-minded, to meet the new glory and challenges.

NERAN adheres to the pursuit of safety, reliability, and high performance, and produce breathing air compressors with strict standards. We aim to provide clean and breathable air, the compressed air quality meets EN12021 standards.

The breathing air compressor are made of sturdy structures and high-quality materials, durable, light weight, high pressure, and low energy consumption. They are widely used in the diving industry for filling scuba gas cylinders; mines and chemical plants, fire fighting, etc., apply self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) systems to ensure the safety of workers in hazardous environments.

Rooted in the field of marine air compressors, NERAN has made every effort to create a complete power solution, with three series of air compressors covering low, medium and high pressure, and air-cooled and water-cooled types for customers to choose from. With the excellent quality, NERAN's marine air compressors have been widely used in the ship operation industry.

At present, NERAN has successfully obtained authoritative certificates such as CCS (China Classification Society) and RMRS (Russian Classification Society).
Workshop-screw

Screw and industrial air compressors are also an important part of NERAN's product system. In 2018, NERAN successfully developed a high-pressure industrial high-flow air compressor, which provides more cost-effective and reliable air source equipment for domestic and international production. In 2022, the screw compressor obtained the CCS certificate, which means the authoritative recognition of the screw compressor in the field of marine applications.

NERAN has the strong ability to customise non-standard products, according to the special production process to customise the exclusive models, to ensure that the equipment and the needs of the perfect fit.
Warsehouse

Adequate spare parts are the solid backing for NERAN to provide customers with worry-free service. From common spare parts, such as gaskets, piston rings, to the core components, such as mainframe bearings, we maintain sufficient stock qtys. These parts are neatly stored in a spacious and well-laid-out warehouse, and are orderly classified according to categories and models, making them easy to find and access quickly.

Once customers makes the request for parts, Neran team will respond at the first time and quickly convey the request to the warehouse management. With sufficient parts inventory supply and efficient service system, NERAN solves customers' worries.
Packing

NERAN attaches great importance to the packaging, and understands the importance of this for product protection and transport safety. In the selection of packaging materials, we use high-strength and impact resistant wooden packaging boxes for compressors. These wooden boxes are made of non fumigated wood that meets export standards, ensuring the stability of the packaging.

For some small parts, we use customised cardboard/wooden boxes for packaging, they have good cushioning performance, can avoid damage caused by mutual collision of parts. At the same time, we also fill many soft, shock-proof foam board and bubble film inside the package to wrap the product tightly and further enhance the protective effect.
Delivery

NERAN has a rigorous and efficient system for delivering and transporting goods, committed to providing customers with high-quality and convenient service.

At present, NERAN has established long-term and stable cooperative relationships with multiple well-known logistics companies, including EXW FOB、C&F, we can meet the specific requirements of our customers and recommend the most suitable transportation method.

2012

NERAN Was Established

- First production line was built, the team focuses on air compressor technology innovation and R&D, launching high-efficiency air compressors to replace the old models；

- Passed ISO9001 quality management system certification, laying the foundation of standardized production.
2015

Tech. Breakthrough Of Ultra-Low Temperature Air Compressor

- NERAN developed the -60℃ ultra-low-temperature and high-pressure air compressor, breaking through the bottleneck of material resistance and lubrication technology in extreme cold environments.
2017

Factory Upgrade & Breakthrough In Safety Valve Technology

- NERAN moved into 2500+ modernized plant, production capacity increased dramatically;

- China's first company to overcome the safety valve technology, breaking the monopoly of the industry.
2018
